Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
We have a fantastic full-time Executive Office Administrator opportunity with a growing company in Kittery, ME! Our client is looking for a talented person to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including establishing and documenting office procedures, supporting the management team, assisting with regular and ad hoc projects, and more. This direct hire position is perfect for an adaptable candidate with administrative experience (preferably supporting a senior-level person) to grow their operational knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities of the Executive Office Administrator
- Manage schedules
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Create and implement office procedures
- Draft and send correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors
- Perform other projects and tasks, as required
Qualifications of the Executive Office Administrator
- College degree preferred
- Prior administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior-level person or group
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- A problem solver with good analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-through
- Team player who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
