She is one of the few team members at Leddy Group who has worked with most of our specialty divisions. Currently, Alie is a Senior Staffing Manager based out of the Portsmouth office. Her focus is on recruiting talent and servicing clients for the Administrative staffing division as well as the Accounting & Finance staffing division.

Experienced Administrative Assistant

If you enjoy working with customers and have strong computer skills, we would like to talk to you about our client’s full-time Administrative Assistant opportunity in Haverhill, MA! In this interim role, you will support a manager in keeping operations running smoothly within a service industry. Prior administrative experience, preferably within a service industry, required!

Responsibilities of the Experienced Administrative Assistant

  • Perform data entry to maintain electronic files
  • Answer phone and assist or direct callers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Create work orders and provide assistance with billing
  • Order parts
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as required

Qualifications of the Experienced Administrative Assistant

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
