Extrusion Operator (Plastics)

You’ll have Fridays off every week as a Plastics Extrusion Operator at a custom manufacturer in Barrington, NH! Previous experience is required for this great full-time opportunity in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities of the Extrusion Operator (Plastics)

• Set up and operate plastic extrusion machine in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements
• Adjust and clean machines as needed
• Inspect product for quality
• Document work performed
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Extrusion Operator (Plastics)

• Previous extrusion/molding experience (2+ years preferred)
• Mechanically inclined
• Familiarity with the following preferred: extruder, water tanks, pullers and cutters, die tooling and sizers, and/or various types of plastics resins
• Self-motivated team player
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and diagrams
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently and stand throughout 12-hour shift

Hours for this Extrusion Operator (Plastics) position are Monday through Thursday from 7:00pm-7:00am. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $23-$28/hour. Apply today!
