Facilities Setup and Laborer
Do you thrive working independently on a variety of projects? A growing Seacoast company has just moved to a beautiful new location and needs a Facilities Setup and Laborer to help its maintenance team prepare for opening! The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades and a go-getter, with basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools, and appliances.
Responsibilities of the Facilities Setup and Laborer
- Move, organize, set up, and break down facilities materials
- Receive on-site facilities orders
- Install various light equipment and fixtures
- Maintain and repair facilities equipment and hardware
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, minor plumbing, painting, and carpentry
- Trash removal and light cleaning as needed
Qualifications of the Facilities Setup and Laborer
- Commercial building and maintenance experience is preferred
- Materials handling experience is a plus
- Ability to use power and hand tools
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be responsible and able to work well with others or alone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.
Pay ranges from $15-$17 per hour. Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Apply today for this great opportunity!
