Facilities Setup and Laborer

Do you thrive working independently on a variety of projects? A growing Seacoast company has just moved to a beautiful new location and needs a Facilities Setup and Laborer to help its maintenance team prepare for opening! The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades and a go-getter, with basic knowledge of building maintenance, tools, and appliances.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Setup and Laborer

  • Move, organize, set up, and break down facilities materials
  • Receive on-site facilities orders
  • Install various light equipment and fixtures
  • Maintain and repair facilities equipment and hardware
  • Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, minor plumbing, painting, and carpentry
  • Trash removal and light cleaning as needed

Qualifications of the Facilities Setup and Laborer

  • Commercial building and maintenance experience is preferred
  • Materials handling experience is a plus
  • Ability to use power and hand tools
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be responsible and able to work well with others or alone
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to lift minimum 50 lbs.

Pay ranges from $15-$17 per hour. Hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Apply today for this great opportunity!
