Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer

• Troubleshoot and wire industrial machinery
• Communicate with customers to understand machinery issues
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Prioritize and multitask on assigned projects
• Work independently as well as part of a team to resolve issues
• Travel as required to customer sites

Qualifications of the Field Service Engineer

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, Trades or Engineering degree strongly preferred
• Experience wiring and troubleshooting industrial machinery is a plus
• Assembly experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Strong Windows OS skills
• Knowledge of wiring schematics preferred
• Great phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This full-time Field Service Engineer position works first shift, Monday through Friday.
