Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer

  • Communicate with customers to understand machinery issues
  • Troubleshoot and wire industrial machinery
  • Prioritize and multitask on assigned projects
  • Work independently as well as part of a team to resolve issues

Qualifications of the Field Service Engineer

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required (Trades or Engineering degree strongly preferred)
  • Assembly experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
  • Strong Windows OS skills
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as may be required

This full-time Field Service Engineer position works first shift, Monday through Friday. Compensation starts at $52,000/year.
