Field Service Engineer

Leader in the design and manufacturing of on-demand print production machinery is seeking a Field Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer: 

  • Communicate with customers to understand machinery issues
  • Wiring and troubleshooting industrial machinery
  • Prioritizing and multitasking on assigned projects
  • Working independently and as a team to resolve issues

Requirements of the field service engineer: 

  • HS Diploma required (Trades or Engineering degree is strongly preferred)
  • Assembly experience with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components
  • Strong Windows OS skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Once trained, this role may require domestic and international travel
  • Great phone etiquette!

This is a full time, long term position working first shift, Monday – Friday. Compensation for this position starts at $ 52k/year.
