Final Assembler
Our Lebanon, NH manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler for their dynamic team. This full-time, first-shift role works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities of the Final Assembler

• Assemble products according to required specifications
• Become proficient in soldering
• Follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, compliance documents, etc.
• Use a variety of measuring devices (e.g., rulers, eye loop, digital scale, thickness gages, etc.)  
• Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
• Cross-train to other departments as needed
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Final Assembler

• Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
