Financial Administrative Assistant – Lebanon

Currently, we are assisting a client in Lebanon, NH in their search for a Financial Administrative Assistant! This is a full-time opportunity working Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Key tasks and duties of the Financial Administrative Assistant:

  • Greet visitors.
  • Answer phones; screening and/or selectively referring callers.
  • Manage financial advisor’s calendar including scheduling client appointments.
  • Organize and send out marketing letters, e-mails, postcards.
  • Support clients by providing services in acco.unt management and technical support
  • Maintain client databases and compile information to prepare reports using appropriate software.
  • Process paperwork including applications a.nd handle customer service issues.
  • Manage electronic and paper files
  • Process tax documents and manage the tax preparation procedure.
  • Maintain website.
  • Perform special projects as requested.
