Financial Analyst

We have a great direct hire opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Contoocook, NH! In this role, you will use your financial/accounting knowledge to analyze data and help our client in forecasting and strategic planning. This is a full-time position requiring at least two years of prior financial analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

• Work with department managers to perform strategic planning and budgeting
• Perform analyses on data and financial results
• Report on financial performance and how it relates to forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning
• Identify and report on opportunities for improvement
• Prepare presentations for upper-level management
• Create ad hoc reports and analyses, when needed
• Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least two years of prior experience in financial planning
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Strategic mindset
