From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A busy, fast-paced medical office in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a people person for a Front Office Professional opportunity! In this full-time role, you will be assisting patients with scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, and more. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized individual who enjoys patient interaction.

Responsibilities of the Front Office Professional

  • Check in patients
  • Review intake paperwork and accurately enter information into database
  • Process payments and copays
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Scan paperwork and insurance cards
  • Communicate with internal team to ensure patients’ needs are met
  • Perform other duties and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Front Office Professional

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Friendly and helpful personality
  • Prior experience in a medical office
