Our Hampton, NH client is looking for an experienced full-charge Bookkeeper on a part-time basis! This role works 20-25 hours/week processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts, and performing other accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate has at least five years of recent related experience and proficiency in both Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities of the Full-Charge Bookkeeper – Part-Time Job Title

  • Review and process invoices
  • Work with vendors to remedy discrepancies in invoices
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile inventory
  • Perform other related tasks and projects

Qualifications of the Full-Charge Bookkeeper – Part-Time   

  • 5+ years of recent related experience
  • Intermediate Excel and QuickBooks skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Good communication skills
