Full-Time Administrative Assistant

If you are an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills, we need you for an interim full-time assignment! This position within a team-driven, fast-paced environment in Bedford, NH is expected to last from 6 months to a year, possibly longer. The ideal candidate is someone who has the confidence and skills to jump in and help whenever necessary.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Perform administrative tasks including supply ordering, meeting coordination (invites, agendas, materials and minutes), credit card reconciliations, answering phones, etc.)
  • Provide HR support (process benefit enrollments/changes, assist with recruiting/onboarding prep, etc.)
  • Cover for the receptionist on phones, incoming/outgoing mail, UPS and visitor management
  • Provide other administrative support where needed

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • Strong technical aptitude and experience using Microsoft O365 including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Possess a positive demeanor and are approachable and willing to help
  • Must be well-spoken, organized and able to communicate clearly to all levels of staff
  • Able to manage your time and easily shift focus
