Full-time Administrative Assistant

Join a growing and fast-paced organization in Concord, NH as a full-time Administrative Assistant! You will support corporate operations in this role that requires strong administrative and MS Office skills. Our client is looking for a team player who enjoys learning and growing!

Responsibilities of the Full-time Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to a team, including scheduling, screening calls, etc.
  • Ensure employees are registered for and up to date on relevant training and certifications
  • Records management
  • Provide reports, as requested
  • Assist with other tasks, as requested

Qualifications of the Full-time Administrative Assistant

  • 3+ years of prior administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Team player who is a strong communicator
  • Highly organized and able to shift priorities
