Our Seacoast client is looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper who knows their way around QuickBooks and can perform all aspects of the accounting process – from posting journal entries to preparing financial reports! This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that has a fast-paced, team-oriented, energetic culture.
Responsibilities of the Full-Time Bookkeeper
- Process payroll
- Track and maintain PTO
- Onboard new employees
- Review AP/AR daily to ensure income and expenses are tracked and met
- Match POs with invoices and enter new invoices
- Reconcile statements sent by vendors
- Create and send invoices
- Follow up on past due invoices
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare annual reports and journal entries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Full-Time Bookkeeper
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is necessary
- Experienced in performing all aspects of accounting
