Full-time Sales Assistant

Join a successful and growing organization as a Sales Assistant! In this full-time position, you will support our client’s sales team by performing administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required, as well as a positive attitude!

Responsibilities of the Full-time Sales Assistant

  • Draft proposals and correspond with potential and active clients
  • Answer phones and direct or help callers
  • Process payments
  • Send marketing emails
  • Provide follow-up customer service calls
  • Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Full-time Sales Assistant

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Highly organized

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
