The Leddy Group is seeking a Full Time Travel Advisor for a company in the Lowell, MA area. This is a great chance to join a well-established company in a unique and exciting role!

Responsibilities of the Full Time Travel Advisor:

  • Communicating easily on the phone with customers and helping them choose the best travel options, with a primary focus on choosing the best air travel for their program
  • Staying current with airline policies, processes, and procedure in order to effectively respond to customer needs
  • Occasional travel as a representative of the company
  • This position is primarily out of the office in Lowell, MA, but the ideal candidate must be able to occasionally work from home as business needs dictate

Qualifications of the Full Time Travel Advisor:

  • Experience with CRM (Amadeus is a plus)
  • Proficiency in geography
  • Creative and positive thinker
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience assisting customers with orders and navigating the website
  • Travel industry experience is a plus
