Groundskeeper

If you like to work outside, then consider this direct hire Groundskeeper role in Concord, NH! You’ll join the team at a leading property management company. Previous experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train you!

Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper

• Maintain landscaping at apartment complexes
• Perform lawncare tasks including mowing and trimming
• Plant flowers
• Remove weeds
• Spread mulch
• Use leaf blower to keep grounds tidy
• Help remove snow in winter
• Train to occasionally assist tenants with issues (e.g., locked out, clogged sink)
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Groundskeeper

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred
• Flexible with work tasks
• Willing to learn
• Personable demeanor and good customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, plus one week of on-call duty every 3-4 months on a rotation. Apply today for this Groundskeeper position!
