Heat Treater – 2nd Shift

Leddy Group is seeking a Heat Treater for a company that is a global industrial leader with a growing portfolio of engineered bearings and power transmission product brands.

A day in the life of a Heat Treater on 2nd Shift: 

  • Setup and operate a range of furnaces, as well as other related equipment to perform heat treat functions.
  • Safely, correctly, and efficiently setup and operate heat treat equipment.
  • Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
  • Prepare material for the heat treat process.
  • Move material and parts as needed.

Requirements of the Heat Treater:

  • Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.
  • Basic computer interface skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED.
