A Londonderry, NH organization is looking to add an HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist to its team! This full-time, direct hire, hybrid role works two days at home and three in the office and is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to focus on benefits and compliance for our client.

Responsibilities of the HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist

  • Manage employee benefits from start to finish (open enrollment, setting up and maintaining HRIS, etc.)
  • Ensure organization is in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports for outside entities regarding OSHA, equal employment, etc.
  • Oversee payroll for certain areas
  • Manage LOA programs and processes for employees
  • Stay up to date with local and federal employment regulations and policies
  • Other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist

  • Strong experience with benefits and compliance
  • Research and project management skills
  • Self-driven to proactively follow through with tasks and projects to completion
  • Effective customer service skills
