Leddy Group is currently assisting our client is seeking an HR Benefits Coordinator. A perfect opportunity if you are looking for a part-time position. Your knowledge and expertise will help support and oversee employee health and welfare benefits, worker’s compensation programs, and leaves of absence. You will be working directly with the CFO.

The Position:

  • You will work with benefit carriers and brokers to ensure proper administration of benefits contracts, correct payment of premiums, and resolve any service delivery issues.
  • You will confidentially oversee the worker’s compensation program’s administration, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee administration of COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA policies and ensures compliance with all requirements.
  • You will provide back-up to the payroll department.
