From 2006 – 2015 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20-plus years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Director

HR Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for an interim HR Coordinator in the Rochester, NH area! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the department with a variety of HR tasks and projects.
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator

  • Enter employee data into HR and Payroll system
  • Maintain confidential data
  • Prepare open enrollment materials
  • Help coordinate employee engagement functions (special events, employee recognition, etc.)
  • Assist employees with HR-related requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate timecards and work with outside vendors
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite; ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
