From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

To help keep up with their growth, our client is looking to add an HR Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist to their team! This direct hire position in Exeter, NH is responsible for onboarding candidates and implementing HR policies. You’ll enjoy working with this friendly and fun group in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist

  • Ensure employees and contractors have completed proper payroll and benefit documentation
  • Complete background checks
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions
  • Maintain employee database
  • Create HR-related reports for management
  • Other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist

  • At least two years of prior related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
