From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A well-established Dover, NH manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Generalist, Manufacturing on a full-time, direct-hire basis! Responsibilities include keeping employee records up to date, creating and maintaining employee manuals, managing safety programs, processing payroll, and other related HR functions. Our client would like to find someone with at least two years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities of the HR Generalist
- Update and maintain employee records
- Process weekly payroll
- Create and maintain employee manuals
- Develop and implement safety programs
- Spearhead open enrollment process
- Ensure employees are up to date with training
- Perform other related tasks and projects
Qualifications of the HR Generalist
- 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with safety programs
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
