Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator will include:

  • Orchestrate and administer payroll actions through company system
  • Plan recruitment activities and actively recruit as needed
  • Help with the on-boarding process of new employees
  • Assist with time cards and payouts
  • Assist with employee relations

Requirements of the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR role or role with similar functions
  • Payroll experience
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Extreme reliability and attention to detail a must
  • Must be able to exercise extreme confidentiality
