Human Resource Generalist

Join a growing local company as an HR Generalist! In this position, you will implement human resource policies and procedures, process payroll, perform training, and manage employee relations. This full-time role is located in our client’s office in Seabrook, NH.

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist

  • Process payroll
  • Prepare offer letters and onboard new employees
  • Maintain employee files
  • Address employee disciplinary issues
  • Work with other departments to create a recruitment plan
  • Review and improve, when necessary, current HR policies and practices
  • Create reports on accidents, worker’s compensation, and unemployment
  • Perform employee performance evaluations
  • Other tasks as assigned
