Human Resource Manager

We have a direct hire, full-time Human Resource Manager opportunity in Manchester, NH! Our client is looking for someone to lead the department and guide employee development. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of prior HR experience and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic!

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process
  • Develop the organization’s various programs, such as employee wellness, performance reviews, training and development, etc.
  • Spearhead employee benefits
  • Create and implement all HR policies and procedures within legal requirements
  • Other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager

  • Bachelor’s in human resources or related major
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in human resources
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
