Human Resources Coordinator

Our Franklin, NH client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their team on an interim basis! This role is expected to start in July and last for 3-4 months and requires someone with administrative and HR experience to perform a range of HR functions. Strong communication skills are required; recruiting experience a plus.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator

• Screen candidates
• Schedule interviews
• Onboard new employees
• Assist employees with employment and benefit-related questions
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Perform other tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Human Resources Coordinator

• Administrative and HR experience required
• Recruiting experience a plus!
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to work independently
