Leddy Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a company in Hudson, New Hampshire. This is a great opportunity to join an established company and grow the HR team.

Responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator role:

  • Recruit new talent for the organization, source new leads
  • Create, post and monitor job ads
  • Brainstorm & implement new sourcing techniques while still participating in traditional networking opportunities like Job Fairs
  • Coordinate offers for new hires, as well as all on boarding materials- i9, criminal screening, etc.
  • Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any issues
  • Process Payroll
  • Manage Worker’s compensation
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Must be a self-starter, ready and eager to jump right in
  • Must be detail orientated and extremely organized
  • Must be proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with creating reports, analyzing and presenting data
