Human Resources Generalist

Leddy Group’s Human Resources Division is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our client in the Portsmouth, NH area. The HR Generalist will partner with the leadership team on Company initiatives, Recruitment, Policy Development, and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Recruit, source, advertise, interview potential employees
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee initiatives
  • Develop and maintain performance evaluations
  • Policy writing and handbook review

Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist:

  • 5 years experience as an HR Generalist
  • 5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to create positive relationships with clients, colleagues and community members.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience in developing training and career plans
