From 2006 – 2016 she was the Branch Manager for Staff Hunters of Portsmouth. Prior to moving to the east coast, Amber worked for two large, national, staffing firms. Her 20 years of industry experience includes roles as Recruiter, Sr. Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now, Regional Director.

A Hampton, NH employer is looking for an interim Human Resources Assistant, Recruiting for its HR team! In this position, you will provide administrative support during the talent acquisition process, such as setting up interviews, making travel arrangements, etc. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills and a friendly, yet professional demeanor!

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant, Recruiting 

  • Screen resumes
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Perform reference checks
  • Make travel arrangements for candidates
  • Assist in onboarding new employees
  • Other related tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Human Resources Assistant, Recruiting 

  • At least 2 years of prior administrative experience (HR experience preferred)
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Great organizational skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer service-oriented personality
