HVAC-R Service Technician
Our Manchester, NH client needs an experienced HVAC-R Service Technician! This direct-hire role will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment at both commercial and residential customer locations.  
Responsibilities of the HVAC-R Service Technician

• Travel to homes and businesses throughout the day
• Communicate with customers to determine their concerns
• Inspect current HVAC-R systems, conduct performance tests and adjust settings, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and perform necessary cleaning, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Discuss options for heating and cooling systems that meet customer needs, and create quotes
• Keep maintenance records
• Maintain inventory of equipment and HVAC-R resources
• Keep proper stock of equipment for calls in vehicle, and follow vehicle maintenance schedule
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the HVAC-R Service Technician

• Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience
• Proven work experience as an HVAC-R Technician or similar role
• Current NH Gas License
• EPA Certification to handle refrigerants
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Valid driver’s license, ability to drive a company vehicle, and insurable by company’s commercial insurance company
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Schedule flexibility and ability to manage calls independently in an on-call situation
• Physically agile, dexterous, able to work in confined spaces, and able to lift and transfer 50-75 lbs. safely
