Local HVAC company is seeking to hire someone for their sales and estimator position. Even during this time of social distancing, there are many employers who are deemed essential and are busy. Must have a sales aptitude and have 5+ years of experience doing HVAC technician work!

Spend your days on the road, scheduling appointments to meet clients to evaluate heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration needs and then provide prompt job evaluations and estimates for these jobs. Things still break down, even during a pandemic. Our client offers a great company culture that puts its customers first!

Experience required for HVAC Sales & Estimator role:

  • Leadership and strong customer service experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on HVAC technician experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Prior sales and estimating experience is highly preferred

This is a salaried position that offers a competitive base plus commission. While we are a staffing agency, this position is a direct-hire position.  Must be willing to travel throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Massachusetts.
