Industrial Supervisor

A growing, international manufacturer is looking for an Industrial Supervisor to oversee the 1^st shift team at their Newport, NH facility. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is required for this excellent direct hire role.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Supervisor

• Set up production machines and assign work tasks
• Ensure employees have necessary materials
• Supervise, coach, and motivate employees
• Train employees on work procedures and provide guidance to team leads
• Collect and maintain documentation
• Supervise employee cleanup
• Communicate next-day priorities
• Enforce company policies to ensure a safe, collaborative environment
• Perform related duties as required

Qualifications of the Industrial Supervisor

• Strong supervisor skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Attention to detail
• Team player with a positive demeanor
• Good communication skills

Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, however candidates must be willing to come in during 3^rd shift (10:00pm-6:30pm) to meet with that shift’s supervisor if needed. Apply today for this Industrial Supervisor opportunity!
