Injection Molding Production Lead – 3rd Shift

A small company is now hiring an Injection Molding Production Lead for their 3^rd shift team in Hudson, NH. You’ll oversee daily production and operating efficiencies to help deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to businesses in the automotive, medical, and military industries. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a consistent schedule and great benefits!

Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Production Lead – 3^rd Shift

• Supervise all production activities with a high degree of visibility and access to employees throughout shift
• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy
• Monitor and report daily production results, material usage, scrap, and downtime
• Update ERP system as needed
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to appropriate department and production manager
• Coordinate with quality control to maintain quality standards, and take appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies
• Assist manager in forecasting staffing needs
• Help promote a safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Injection Molding Production Lead – 3^rd Shift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating team members
• Knowledge of production practices and procedures
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Well-organized and willing to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with enthusiasm amidst constantly changing priorities
• Fork truck training
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Team player that builds, strengthens, and maintains collaborative relationships
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently

Hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00pm-7:30am. Pay depends on experience, ranging from $24-$29/hour. Apply today for this 3^rd Shift Injection Molding Production Lead position!
