Job Description

Katy joined the seacoast market in 2022 after almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and most recently, UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU.
If you have solid customer service experience within a fast-paced environment, we would like to talk to you about an Inside Banking Specialist opportunity in Portsmouth, NH! In this role within a financial services organization, you will assist our client’s customers with questions regarding accounts and products. Although this is a full-time role, our client is open to part-time hours. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fun environment!
Responsibilities of the Inside Banking Specialist
- Assist customers and potential customers with questions regarding accounts and products
- Cross-sell the organization’s products and services
- Perform other job-related tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Inside Banking Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year or similar customer service/contact center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem solver with good follow-through
