Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for a people-focused Inside Sales Manager candidate who can make sales happen! You are a process thinker seeking high productivity and exceptional service and will lead your team to seek the same. This full-time, direct hire position on the Seacoast offers a great benefits package and the ability to use creative thinking to effect change within the department.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager

  • Lead a small team and provide them with the appropriate training, tools, direction, and motivation that enables their success
  • Establish efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop key service metrics and utilize them to develop standards, improvements, or process changes
  • Act as the company’s primary liaison with customers and sales personnel for customer service issues

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience
  • JD Edwards software experience required
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Advanced computer skills
