Field Service Technician

Do you enjoy spending your day on the road while providing services and excellent customer service to clients?  If yes, this may be the perfect job for you! A global manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician! You’ll support customer installs and service of their high-tech products, as well as assist with duties in their Rowley, MA facility when you’re not on the road. This direct hire role is perfect for someone with previous experience installing equipment and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of the Installation & Service Technician

• Install, calibrate, and set up units at customer sites
• Train customers on unit operation
• Deliver accessories and service units as needed
• Assist with production assembly tasks
• Help unload container shipments occasionally
• Field troubleshooting calls from customers
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Installation & Service Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in related installation and customer service
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexible with schedule and willing to travel
• Ability to stand, bend, use a ladder, and lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
