A healthcare provider is looking for an Interim HR Coordinator to join their busy team. This role is expected to last approximately 3 months but could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. If you have office support experience, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor, then you’ll be a great fit!

Responsibilities of the Interim HR Coordinator

  • Coordinate and track HR information
  • Prepare and maintain new and existing employee files and legal compliance documentation
  • Research and connect the HR team with talent acquisition opportunities
  • Assist team in managing applicant tracking systems
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Download and review monthly benefits invoices and confirm information with accounting prior to vendor payment
  • Assist with reception as needed, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone, and processing mail
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Interim HR Coordinator

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree or certification in business studies preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business office, preferably within Human Resources setting
  • Detail-oriented and strong multitasking skills
  • Solid computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
