Interim Receptionist

Our Portsmouth, NH client is looking for an Interim Receptionist to help out for at least three weeks! This is a full-time role that works Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, and is within a professional, yet down-to-earth and friendly environment. Your prior customer service experience and basic office skills will be put to good use in this position!

Responsibilities of the Receptionist

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phones and direct callers
  • Process outgoing mail  
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • General administrative duties, as required

Qualifications of the Receptionist

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic office skills
