Junior Program Manager

If you have strong knowledge of manufacturing and are highly skilled in customer service, this Junior Program Manager position is for you! You will be the primary interface between the customer and the company, responsible for total customer satisfaction. This full-time position in our client’s Hudson, NH office typically works 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities of the Junior Program Manager

  • Provide total customer management and support for assigned customers
  • Handle all customer change orders and RMAs
  • Manage quotes from entry and setup, to processing through internal channels, to presenting to customers
  • Follow up with customers on all bids
  • Complete purchase order and contract negotiations with customers
  • Interface with engineering on technical issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Junior Program Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of industry experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or program management
  • Knowledge of wire harness and cable assembly products is required
  • Strong communication skills
