A well-established manufacturer is currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Technician in Nashua, NH! You’ll work a great first shift schedule as you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of this busy, growing facility.

Responsibilities of the Lead Manufacturing Technician

  • Work closely with supervisors to ensure production lines are operating smoothly and efficiently
  • Coach and assist department employees with their daily tasks and proper equipment usage
  • Troubleshoot machines as needed
  • Create and update work instructions and forms
  • Recommend BOM and routing steps
  • Maintain an accurate inventory by assisting with inventory counts, adjustments, transfers, and reporting on scrap materials
  • Issue module paperwork and production orders
  • Provide ISO audits
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Lead Manufacturing Technician

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2+ years of experience, or high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to speak and follow instructions in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office plus database and manufacturing software; MRP experience a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as write routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members through a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and stand/walk throughout the shift

This position works Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Pay ranges from $19-$24/hour, depending on experience.
