Lead Operator
A small, successful company in Hudson, NH is seeking Lead Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a collaborative work environment and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities of the Lead Operator

• Prepare production paperwork
• Restock and clean production cells
• Set up work stations
• Lead and train operators on processes and procedures
• Operate injection molding machines, including inspection, assembly, and packaging, to cover breaks and absenteeism
• Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications of the Lead Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry
• Previous lead/training experience
• Understanding of plastic molded part defects
• Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools
• Good eyesight and hand dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently

Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 11:00pm-7:30am. We look forward to hearing from you!
