Responsibilities of the Leadership Giving Coordinator

  • Provide project management and administrative support for the leadership giving team
  • Assist in cultivating donors, solicitation, and stewardship activities
  • Contribute to overall fundraising efforts
  • Perform related administrative support and project management tasks as required

Qualifications of the Leadership Giving Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years’ relevant administrative and project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Light fundraising experience is required; fundraising and/or donor relations activities for nonprofit organizations or comparable experience preferred
  • Experience with alumni/donor management systems or other CRM databases, or the ability to quickly master new technologies with training
  • High accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound writing skills, with experience writing for others preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience. This Leadership Giving Coordinator role may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, so don’t hesitate to apply!
