Learning & Development Specialist

Our Portsmouth, NH client is looking for candidates for an interim Learning & Development Specialist position! In this full-time role, you will be creating materials (presentations, digital videos, etc.) to help employees learn. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is flexible and can adapt to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Specialist

  • Create and revise digital media for employee awareness and development
  • Assist with the promotion of the online learning and development portal
  • Register employees for training and track attendance
  • Other related projects and tasks, as assigned

Qualifications of the Learning & Development Specialist

  • 3+ years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible to shift priorities and methodologies to meet employees’ needs
