If you have prior experience as a Legal Assistant or have administrative experience and an interest in the legal field, we are looking for you! Our Nashua, NH client needs a full-time Legal Assistant with a positive attitude and strong office skills to join their long-standing team.
Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant
- Coordinate appointments
- Complete general admin duties such as copying, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Draft correspondence
- Electronically file and organize documents
- Other tasks, as assigned
Qualifications of the Legal Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of administrative experience
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong MS Word and general computer skills
- Interest in the legal field
