If you are experienced in contracts management and have a background as a paralegal, consider this Legal Contract Manager opportunity! You will work with a local nonprofit in Concord, NH to create and manage contracts related to construction projects. This is a full-time, direct hire, hybrid in-office/work-from-home opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Legal Contract Manager

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external teams
  • Create contracts
  • Ensure contracts are properly executed
  • Review contracts to ensure the work is in line with contract requirements
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the Legal Contract Manager

  • Associate degree and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of similar contract management and/or paralegal experience required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Good follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
