Machine Operator
Be part of a company who is making recycled fabrics that are technically innovative and helping the world to be environmentally sustainable. This Seacoast employer is currently seeking to hire experienced machine operators.
The machine operator position is responsible to set-up, operate and perform complex maintenance on a variety of specialized production and non-production equipment.
Essential job functions of Machine Operators:
- Keep necessary records, report rejects and failure patterns
- Works using sketches, diagrams, drawings, written and verbal instructions
- Maintain integrity of processes and final product quality
Must have skills for Machine Operator & Line Assistants:
- Ability to understand and interpret written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and interpret assembly prints and basic blue prints
- Experience with inventory functions
- Experience following SOP’s and SOC’s
This positions offers various schedules currently including:
Days – Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays – 6pm/7pm-6am/7am
Nights- Saturday/Sundays/Mondays – 6am/7am-6pm-7pm
Weekdays – some weekday options available as well
The starting pay is $17/hour plus some shift differentials with required certifications passed.
