Machine Operator II
A small, successful Hudson, NH company is now hiring for their Machine Operator II role on all shifts. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented team player with experience in plastic injection molding or a similar industry.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator II

• Operate injection molding machines
• Run complex jobs requiring auxiliary equipment and hand loads
• Set up workstations for new jobs, including leveling and setting up scales
• Assist with inspection and assembly tasks
• Identify, report, and alert leads/supervisors to quality issues
• Weigh, count, and package finished goods for shipping
• Complete paperwork
• Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits
• Help train other machine operators
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Machine Operator II

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry; clean room experience is a plus
• Understanding of plastic molded part defects
• Ability to use measuring tools and small hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
