Our Concord, NH client has an immediate need for a supplemental Mail Coordinator! This position could last until February and the hours can be flexible. Responsibilities include supporting the department by sorting mail, scanning documents, and performing data entry. If you are looking for a Monday through Friday supplemental position with some flexibility in hours, this is it!
Requirements of the Mail Coordinator position:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan mail and other documents
- Prepare form letters
- Perform data entry using Excel or Access
Qualifications of the Mail Coordinator:
- Need to be comfortable using computers and office equipment
- Experience with Adobe, data entry in Excel or Access (they are willing to train in Access)
- High school diploma
This Mail Coordinator position could work part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday, and offers $13-15 per hour.
