Maintenance Technician

A full-service injection mold company is looking for a Maintenance Technician at their facility in Hudson, NH. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to businesses in the automotive, medical, and military industries. Previous mechanical experience is required for this direct-hire opportunity with great benefits!

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and robotic machines to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment
• Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled
• Follow work orders, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
• Complete documentation accurately
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform related duties as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with operating, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced machinery in an injection molding environment
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and stand throughout shift
