Maintenance Technician II

A leading wire and cable manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II on 2^nd shift at their Manchester, NH facility. You’ll provide mechanical and electrical support to ensure production equipment and building systems are working properly. If you have at least two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, then don’t miss this full-time opportunity!

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician II

• Install, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment and pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, monitor, and adjust AC/DC equipment and circuits
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery in a timely manner
• Use work order management system
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician II

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance mechanic role in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment and components
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to conduct diagnostic tests, overhaul, and rebuild machines by utilizing a variety of test equipment and hand tools
• Wire and cable experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Hours for this Maintenance Technician II position are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm. We look forward to hearing from you!
